    The research serves as a stark reminder that as we advance AI capabilities, we must simultaneously advance our safeguards. We cannot focus solely on the benefits of AI without acknowledging the risks it introduces to the digital ecosystem. AI hacks are bad, but as the research clearly shows, AI worms and viruses represent a far more dangerous evolution.
